‘Let Only’ plus:

  • Dealing with required repairs and estimates.
  • Check-in and check-out process including transferring council tax and utility bills on the new tenant's names.
  • Regular property inspections
  • Arranging annual gas safety certificates.
  • Arranging renewal of property certificates upon expiry
  • Handling correspondences with the tenant(s)
  • Registration of tenant deposit in custodial scheme
  • Annual account statements

EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) :

  • £84 including VAT (£70 excl. VAT)

Gas safety certificate :

  • £84 including VAT (£70 excl. VAT)

Electric safety certificate :

  • £144 including VAT (£120 excl. VAT) not including additional works (if required) to grant certification

Contract renewal :

  • £120 including VAT non managed (£100 excl. VAT)
  • £60 including VAT managed (£50 excl. VAT)

Rent protection insurance :

  • £290 per year

Landlord license applications :

  • £144 including VAT (£120 excl. VAT)

Floor plans :

  • Studio - 1 bedroom : £60 Including VAT (£50 excl. VAT)
  • 2 bedroom - 3 bedroom : £84 Including VAT (£70 excl. VAT)
  • 4 bedrooms : £108 Including VAT (£90 excl. VAT)
