  After having tried different "agents" and cash buyers, Daniel came through for us when we were tired of even selling our house! We had several "professionals" who promised to sell our house "fast" but never delivered only to let us down last minute with different excuses or trying to reduce the price after all negotiations. From the get go, Daniel said confidently that he'd get a buyer within 4 weeks. And he did. Bravo Daniel. Communication is important and he was excellent with updates all through the process.
